- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 medium onions
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. pkg. noodles
Directions

1Melt butter in frying pan.

2Add beef and cook until lightly browned.

3Remove from pan and fry onions (diced) until transparent and tender.

4Add tomatoes and meat to onion in skillet.

5Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Cook noodles in boiling water. Combine with meat mixture.

7Add half of grated cheese.

8Place in casserole and cover with remaining cheese.

9Let set 1 hour to blend flavors.

10Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
