- 2 (10-inch) deep pan pie crusts
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 lb. ham
- 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
- 1 carton (2 c.) half and half
- fresh mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- 6 tsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Divide ingredients in half.

2Cook spinach; drain well.

3Cut ham into chunks.

4Place Swiss cheese in bottoms of pie crusts, then spinach, mushrooms and ham.

5Beat eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and flour together.

6Pour on top of pies.

7Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over pies.

8Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Yields 2 pies.

9Enjoy one now and freeze one for later.
