  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    Melt the butter in pan. Add the sugar; stir well. Add the egg, pecans, raisins, coconut, vinegar and pumpkin pie spice. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
