- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/3 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. raisins (dark)
- 1/4 c. light raisins
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Remove from heat and fill unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes (until a crust appears on top).
