  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/3 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins (dark)
  • 1/4 c. light raisins
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Melt margarine in saucepan.

    Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Remove from heat and fill unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes (until a crust appears on top).
