  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix sugar, margarine and eggs; add salt, vanilla, vinegar, coconut, raisins and pecans.
