- 1 lb. yellow squash, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Drain again.

4Add butter, milk, salt and cheese. Pour this mixture into greased casserole dish.

5Top with cracker crumbs.

6Drizzle egg over top of this.

7Bake at 350° about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
