- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix raisins, nuts, coconut and vinegar.

2Let stand.

3Combine butter, sugar and eggs.

4Beat until thick.

5Stir in raisin mixture. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
