  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, broken
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, blend well and add vanilla and vinegar.

    Add raisins and pecans.

    Pour into an unbaked pie shell and cook at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm in the middle.
