- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Cream melted butter, sugar and eggs together.

2Add remainder of ingredients.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Bake at 300° until golden brown or knife comes out clean.
