  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. coconut

    Cream melted butter, sugar and eggs together.

    Add remainder of ingredients.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 300° until golden brown or knife comes out clean.
