  • 4 whole Extra Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Sake
  • 1 Tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce

Directions

    First, use your preferred method to make soft boiled eggs. Set aside.

    Mix water, cooking sake, mirin, sugar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce in a small bowl to create a marinade. Place all the eggs in the marinade.

    Lay a paper towel over the eggs to soak up some of the marinade. Place the eggs in the fridge overnight. Serve cold!
