- 22 pounds Tomatoes
- 3 pounds Onions
- 15 whole Hot Peppers, Your Choice
- 5 whole Bell Peppers
- 2 cans Tomato Paste (large Cans)
- 2 cups Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons Paprika
- 6 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
Directions

1Peel and chop tomatoes, onions and peppers...(onions and peppers I do in food processor).

2Combine with remaining ingredients and cook till boiling.

3Pour into jars and seal. This makes about 12 or so quarts of salsa.

4Recipe calls for 1/2 bushel of tomatoes, which is 20 -22 lbs
