- 3 sticks margarine
- 10 oz. hot sauce
- 1/2 gallon vegetable oil
- 4 lb. chicken wings
Directions

1Heat oil in large pot.

2Melt margarine and add hot sauce in separate pot.

3Season chicken wings.

4Place wings a few at a time in hot oil.

5Cook until they come to the top of the oil and add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time after they reach top of oil.

6Drain on paper towels and place in sauce mixture for a few minutes, turning to coat.

7Take out put in dish to put in oven on 250° to stay warm until all wings are done.

8Any extra sauce can be used as dipping sauce for French fries.
