  • 1/3 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, softened
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 3 cups sifted icing sugar
  • 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 4 oz. Baker's White Chocolate

Directions

    Mix margarine and dry pudding mix in large bowl until blended.

    Add boiling water; stir 2 min.

    or until margarine is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

    Gradually add icing sugar, mixing well after each addition until mixture forms ball.

    Shape into 32 small egg shapes, using scant tablespoonful pudding mixture for each.

    (If pudding mixture is too soft, refrigerate about 15 min.

    to firm slightly before shaping.)

    Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 3 min.
