  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Bring pineapple to boiling point.

    Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.

    Refrigerate until it begins to set.

    Stir in cream cheese.

    Fold in whipping cream and nuts.

    Add cherries, if desired.

    Mold.
