Ingredients

  • 1 large can blueberries
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large pkg. berry jello
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. juice from fruit
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts for top

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add 1 cup juice and fruit, drained well.

    Mix. Pour into glass pan.

    Refrigerate until set. Soften cream cheese.

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

    Spread on jello that has set.

    Sprinkle nuts on top. Chill one-half hour before serving.
