  • 1 box deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.

    Let it cool before adding to cake mix.

    Mix oil with cake mix.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Add Jell-O and flavoring; mix well with mixer.

    Grease and flour Bundt pan or tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour in regular home oven.
