  • 1 package sugar free Jello
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup fruit sliced, opt.

    Add Jello and blend at low speed until dissolved.

    Add ice cubes, one at a time until partially melted.
