- 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 8-inch thick pie shell
Directions

1Blend pudding with syrup.

2Gradually add egg and milk, stirring to blend.

3Pour in pie shell, then add nuts on top.

4Bake at 375° until top is firm and just begins to crack, about 40 minutes.

5Cool at least 3 hours.
