Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in water.

    Add cream cheese and pineapple. Mix with electric mixer.

    Pour into square dish.

    Refrigerate. When firm, spread with 1 container Cool Whip.

    Place in refrigerator.
  6. 6
    Cut into squares and serve.
