- 2 c. ground clams
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- chopped onion to taste
- 3 Tbsp. ground green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. celery leaves
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- paprika
- butter
Directions

1Simmer clams in juice for 5 minutes.

2Cook onion, green pepper, celery and celery leaves in a little butter until tender. Combine with thyme, pepper, mustard and bread crumbs.

3Mix well with clams.

4Grease clam shells, fill with mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
