  • 8 slices bacon, partially cooked
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • mushrooms
  • parsley
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • hot, cooked rice

Directions

    Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast.

    Place side by side in greased pan.

    Sprinkle with beef.

    Mix soup and sour cream.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake at 225° for 3 1/2 hours.

    Garnish with mushrooms and parsley.
