- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 soup can rice (not instant)
- 1/2 c. butter

1In a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, layer the first four ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.

4Remove from oven and stir; bake an additional 15 minutes.
