  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Starting with muffin mix, stir in all ingredients.

    When thoroughly blended, bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
