- 8 oz. Jiffy Jack, diced
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Combine onion and rice and cook as package directs.

2Blend in sour cream and Jiffy Jack.

3Place in 1-quart casserole.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes.
