  • 12 cup french vanilla shake powder
  • 12 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 23 cup coconut
  • 23 cup raisins
  • 1 13 cups Grape-nuts cereal
  • 1 cup honey
  • 23 cup peanut butter

Directions

    Place honey and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave until melted.

    Place all other ingredients in a separate bowl.

    Mix together well.

    Pour melted mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.

    Put into 9 x 13 pan.

    Cut into 24 bars.
