- 12 cup french vanilla shake powder
- 12 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 23 cup coconut
- 23 cup raisins
- 1 13 cups Grape-nuts cereal
- 1 cup honey
- 23 cup peanut butter
Directions

1Place honey and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave until melted.

2Place all other ingredients in a separate bowl.

3Mix together well.

4Pour melted mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.

5Put into 9 x 13 pan.

6Cut into 24 bars.
