  • 1 qt. (4 cups) boiling water, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 qt. (4 cups) cold apple juice, divided

Directions

    Stir 1 cup boiling water into each flavor dry gelatin mix in separate medium bowls at least 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Stir 1 cup of the cold juice into gelatin in each bowl.

    (Do not add cold water.)

    Pour each flavor gelatin into separate 8- or 9-inch square pan.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

    (Gelatin no longer sticks to your finger when touched.)

    Cut into 1-inch squares, being careful to cut all of the way through gelatin to bottom of each pan.

    Layer gelatin flavors in alternating colors in 12 parfait glasses.
