  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, 1/4 liquid drained (reserve)
  • 2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
  • 12 tablespoon olive oil
  • 18 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

    Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Check texture and continue to blend until desired texture is reached.
