Ingredients

  • 1 c. hot drained boiled white rice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • whites of 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked
  • 1/2 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. minced pimiento
  • 2 c. curry sauce

Directions

    Lightly toss all ingredients together with a fork except for the curry sauce.

    Blend it in gently at the last.

    Pour into buttered 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle with sieved yolks of 2 hard-cooked eggs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Just before serving, dribble melted butter over top.

    Sprinkle with split salted almonds.
