- 1 c. hot drained boiled white rice
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- whites of 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked
- 1/2 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. minced pimiento
- 2 c. curry sauce
Directions

1Lightly toss all ingredients together with a fork except for the curry sauce.

2Blend it in gently at the last.

3Pour into buttered 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Sprinkle with sieved yolks of 2 hard-cooked eggs.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Just before serving, dribble melted butter over top.

7Sprinkle with split salted almonds.

8Makes 6 servings.
