  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar instant coffee
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (1 liter) bottle vodka
  • 1 vanilla bean

Directions

    Mix water and coffee. Add boiling water and combine thoroughly. Let cool completely. Add vodka and pour into a 1/2-gallon jar. Drop in vanilla bean. Cover and let stand for 30 days (under the sink). Strain and use.
