  • 1/2 c. instant coffee (Yuban if possible)
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 qt. vodka
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla extract or 2 vanilla beans

Directions

    Mix sugar and coffee in a 3-quart saucepan. Add water and salt.

    Heat until sugar is dissolved.

    Bring to a boil and remove from heat immediately.

    Wait 5 full minutes.

    Add vodka and vanilla.

    Pour into favorite bottles and chill.
