- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
Directions

1Melt butter in medium saucepan.

2Add brown sugar and Kahlua, stirring over medium heat to dissolve the brown sugar.

3Add the carrots and stir to coat.

4Cover and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
