  • 5 Tbsp. rice
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk (add enough water to make 1 qt.)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • sprinkle cinnamon
  • salt and nutmeg

Directions

    Mix and stir until boiling, then simmer, stirring often for 1 hour (will thicken as it cools).

    Sprinkle more cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
