- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlua liqueur
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlua liqueur
- 1 c. whipping cream
- mint leaves and mint chocolate sticks (for garnish)
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and 2 tablespoons Kahlua in a 3-quart microwave-safe dish. Add 1/4 cup sugar.

2Beat until slightly thickened and color lightens. Cook egg yolk mixture on Medium-high power 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Stir every 45 seconds. Set dish in a bowl of cold water.

3Beat until thick, 3 to 4 minutes.
