  • 1 pastry crust
  • 14 cup butter
  • 34 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cup Kahlua
  • 12 cup dark corn syrup
  • 34 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions

    Line 9-inch pie pan with your favorite pastry recipe.

    Chill for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    In large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.

    Mix well.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk, pecans.

    Mix well, pour into pie pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes.

    Then reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).
