- 1 pastry crust
- 14 cup butter
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup Kahlua
- 12 cup dark corn syrup
- 34 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup pecans
Directions

1Line 9-inch pie pan with your favorite pastry recipe.

2Chill for 1 hour.

3Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

4In large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.

5Mix well.

6Beat in eggs, one at a time.

7Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk, pecans.

8Mix well, pour into pie pan.

9Bake for 10 minutes.

10Then reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).

11Chill & Garnish, if desired.
