- 1 (9 inch) prepared pastry crust
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup Kahlua or 1/3 cup other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions

1With a whisk, lightly beat eggs and add brown sugar, butter and salt.

3Add syrups and Kahlua.

5Add pecans and blend again.

6Pour into prepared pastry crust and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, or until set.

8Serve with whipped cream if desired.
