- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy)
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients.

2Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
