  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy)
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions
