Kai Lan with carrots

  • 300 grams hong kong kai lan, cut into bite size, keep stems and leaves separate
  • 1 carrot, sliced thinly
  • 3 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 tbsp water

Directions

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.

    Stir fry carrots and kai lan stems till almost done.

    Add in kai lan leaves.

    Stir fry using medium heat till leaves almost done.

    Add in water and light soya sauce.

    Stir fry till all well cooked.
