- 300 grams hong kong kai lan, cut into bite size, keep stems and leaves separate
- 1 carrot, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp light soya sauce
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 tbsp water
Directions

1Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.

2Stir fry carrots and kai lan stems till almost done.

3Add in kai lan leaves.

4Stir fry using medium heat till leaves almost done.

5Add in water and light soya sauce.

6Stir fry till all well cooked.
