- 1 bunch dino (lacinato) kale
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut out and discard the thick stems.

2Clean and cut the leaves; dry them with a salad spinner or paper towels.

3Toss the kale with the oil and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

4Transfer the kale to a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for about 15 minutes.

5Remove it from the baking sheet, and let cool.
