  • 1 bunch dino (lacinato) kale
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut out and discard the thick stems.

    Clean and cut the leaves; dry them with a salad spinner or paper towels.

    Toss the kale with the oil and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

    Transfer the kale to a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for about 15 minutes.

    Remove it from the baking sheet, and let cool.
