- 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Wash and dry kale thoroughly.

2Tear leaves from stems and discard stems.

3Tear leaves into 2 pieces.

4Put in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

5Toss around to cover all leaves.

6Arrange on two large cookie sheets, trying not to overlap too much.

7Bake at 350 degrees F for 1012 minutes.

8Check after 8 minutes.
