  • 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    Wash and dry kale thoroughly.

    Tear leaves from stems and discard stems.

    Tear leaves into 2 pieces.

    Put in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

    Arrange on two large cookie sheets, trying not to overlap too much.
