Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 cup Torn Kale Leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

    Drain and rinse the beans.

    Add all ingredients to a food processor.

    Process until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.

    Add more olive oil or water to reach the desired consistency.

    Taste test a lot!

    Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
