- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large carton whipped topping
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1Crush cookies; layer 1/2 in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.

2Mix cream cheese and margarine until smooth; add powdered sugar.

3Fold in whipped topping.

4In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla.

5Fold in cheese mixture and pudding.

6Pour into pan and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.

7Refrigerate.
