Kanya's fish rolls

Ingredients
- 300 grams fish fillets , diced
- 1 bunch spring onion,chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 grams cabbage shredded
- 1 tsp black peppers
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
- 1 oil,only little
- 2 clove crushed garlic
- 15 spring rolls wrappers ,or more depend on what size you make
Directions

1On fry pan over medium heat,brown garlic ..follow with diced fish ,cook for 2 mins

2Add cabbage ,seasoning ,let all cook more 5 mins ,add chopped spring onion ,heat off let it cool

3Wrap fish roll ,add about half tbsp of filling ..roll it tiny as you can ..see step how to roll from my other recipe ,attached here ...repeat until finish all

4Springkel the rolls with black sesame before deep fry ,or fry in pan on medium heat until golden ..serve hot with thai chilli sauce
