- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 -6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 small bag baby carrots
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 34 cup water
- 34 cup brown sugar
Directions

1Set Oven to 350.

2Season Roast with spices.

3Bake 30 Min, turn over and bake 30 Min more.

4Add Potatoes and Carrots.

5Mix together Chili Sauce, Water, Brown Sugar, pour over roast and vegetables.
