- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Cook the first 4 ingredients. Stir until boiling.

2Boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Add the baking soda and vanilla. Stir a couple of times. Do not overstir.

4Pour over the popped corn.

5Bake 1 hour at 250°; stir every 15 minutes. Fits on 2 cookie sheets.
