Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 or more c. pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. light Karo

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour; add eggs and beat.

    Add Karo, milk, butter and pecans; mix well.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 400° oven; reduce heat to 375° and cook for another 40 minutes or until set, but not hard.
