  • 2 cup Mushrooms (halved)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 pinch Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Chicken (or beef) Broth

    Wipe mushrooms clean.

    Halve them if large, otherwise leave whole.

    Set aside.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in non-stick skillet.

    Add garlic and spices and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

    Add mushrooms and continue stirring/cooking until mushrooms are done (about 5 more minutes).

    Lower heat, add bouillon and cream.

    Simmer on lowest heat possible to slightly thicken.
