  • 300 grams turkey hen's breast
  • 150 grams pineapple
  • 50 grams papaya
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 140 grams rice
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 curry powder
  • 1 chopped parsley
  • 250 ml curry sauce
  • 50 ml cream
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 chili pod

Directions

    Preheat a pan, in some oil gently roast onions.

    Slice turkey hen's breast and marinate with pepper, salt and paprika from both sides.

    Then roast from both sides.

    Dice the fruits and chili, then add to the pan.

    When slightly browned, stir in the sauces, mix well.

    Add parsley.

    Add rice to pan.

    Let cook for a few minutes.

    Then serve.
