- 300 grams turkey hen's breast
- 150 grams pineapple
- 50 grams papaya
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 140 grams rice
- 1 paprika
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 curry powder
- 1 chopped parsley
- 250 ml curry sauce
- 50 ml cream
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 1 chili pod
Directions

1Preheat a pan, in some oil gently roast onions.

2Slice turkey hen's breast and marinate with pepper, salt and paprika from both sides.

3Then roast from both sides.

4Dice the fruits and chili, then add to the pan.

5When slightly browned, stir in the sauces, mix well.

6Add parsley.

7Add rice to pan.

8Let cook for a few minutes.

9Then serve.
