- 2 lb. small venison steaks
- 1/4 c. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Brown steaks in margarine in skillet.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Blend soup and water until smooth.

4Arrange steaks in greased baking dish and add layers of onions.

5Add half the soup. Repeat layers, ending with soup.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until steaks are tender.
