  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
  • 1 pkg. (225 g) frozen mini tart shells, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender.

    Stir in meat and seasonings; cook 5 min.

    or just until meat is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

    (Meat will not be done.)

    Remove from heat.

    Add cream cheese product; stir until melted.

    Place tart shells on baking sheet; fill with meat mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp.
