  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 16 to 20 slices American cheese

Directions

    Peel and cube potatoes; boil until very soft.

    Drain water. Mix milk, butter, parsley, cheese and potatoes with electric beater until well mixed to a creamy texture.
